🗓️ Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati – Ropeway & Brahmaputra cruise
● Arrive at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBIA), Guwahati● Meet and greet by our local representative.
● Check-in at your hotel and freshen up.
● Afternoon: Ropeway Ride on Brahmaputra River
● Evening: Enjoy the sunset cruise at Brahmaputra.
● Overnight stay in Guwahati.
🗓️ Day 2: Guwahati → Umiam lake → Water activity → Shillong
● Morning Visit Kamakhya Temple● Morning: Transfer to Umiam (95Km/2.15hr)
● Stop at Umiam Lake.
● Enjoy water activity- Boat ride, Kayaking, Paddle boating etc.
● Overnight at Shillong.

10. What type of meals do we expect
We include 2 meals on all days . On Some days we will have Lunch as well .Let the Lunch's be a surprise we dont want to talk about it .
Many days we will return to our hotel for rest during the afternoon , you can have lunch directly by ordering A la carte in hotel ( on direct payment basis ) or have it during the tour in some outside outlet .
11. Arrival and departure time restrictions?
Our First day is Free , you can arrive any time . We will Pick you and drop you to the hotel for rest and acclimatization . Our Main itinerary begins the next day . On the Last day we can arrange a drop for you any time . Your coordinator for both pick up and drop is assigned to you in advance Most of the times the coordination is done by Hotels and we expect you to ensure they are informed about drops and re confirmed one day before departure
12. Do you book Flights/ Trains ?
Yes We can book Flights , we do not book Train Tickets . In Fact we suggest to ask us to book your flights . We will try and book refundable fares which can be cancelled with low fees in case of a last minute change in plan
13. What are the general constituents of these groups ?
Small Groups & Slow Paced itineraries . We are expecting guests over 45 to join these trips . We cannot anticipate the group size but we expect to have about 8 to 12 passengers per group .
14. What is the Booking Process ?

Pay an advance of 10,500 pp and block your seat
You will receive hotel confirmation (which can also be verified with the hotel )
If you us to book your flights please pay 15000 Extra pp
Final Payments are requested 21 Days before start of the trip
15. What is the process if we need to cancel ?
Only 5000 is cancellation fees for any booking till 8 days before arrival
We book hotels which have scope for cancellations with less charges
Our cancellation charges include cancellations of train , transport , hotels , hard work of our team .
Refund is initiated within 21 days to the same account we have collected from .
If you decide to book with us within 12 months we will adjust 2500 in your next booking
In case cancellation is received within 8 days and at least 3 days before arrival – we will charge 10,000/-
In Case cancellations are received less than 3 days , 50 % of the tour cost is charged .
There is no refund possible for last minute cancellations less than 3 days to arrival , still we will try our best to adjust a maximum in your next booking ( less than 50 % )
