    Specifications: A beautiful home designed and purchased from a Russian Lady who had joined a 1 BHK and 2 BHK . We are hosting guests in this home since 2013

    Our Airbnb Ratings is 4.26 


    Location : 1200 m to the beach (walk able )


    Calungate and Baga is both 1.5 km from this house. House is on 3rd Floor of a Sofia Holiday Homes , residential society. 


    ( please note there is no elevator )

  • This is self catered apartment.

  • You will be provided a key at the time of check in & you will need to return the key at check out . We are available on phone only after check in

  • There is No Swimming Pool & This is not a villa ( it looks like one from the inside though )

  • This is an old building and a beautiful House so please do not expect a posh society .

  • We Surely have made a posh house but the building is clean and hygienic but not posh and flashy .

  • Gated Parking is available near the building @ 200 per car per day

    From the time of booking till the time of checkout everything went smooth. There was no problems in finding the place and the house was neat and clean when entered. The only problem we faced was not having hot water, but even that was solved very quickly within minutes. Communication from the team was smooth and me and my group didn’t face any difficulties.

    Firstly the place is very close to Baga and Calangute beaches. The property can easily accommodate 8-10 people.
    All facilities mentioned in the list are provided.
    Secondly, the rooms are huge unlike a few other places. The interior is well done though the building is old.
    Lastly, the host is AWESOME he helped us to rent bikes at a reasonable price and was very generous during the checkout.
    I highly recommend this place. Visiting again!!

     You can book 3 BHK for 4500 per night for 6 Adults
